    雞精 & 高湯~ In my life.....

     

         雞精&高湯 In my life.....

    雞精~
    最近.. 每星期都燉一碗... 別小看這碗雞精...
    可得花上6小時 雞皮都取掉了 一點也不油...
    加了點參片、紅棗、枸杞... 補點元氣 ......

    高湯~
    雞腳 + 排骨 燉上1小時 ...
    熬出雞腳的膠質... 排骨中的營養 ...
    放入含有鹼的... 海帶 再燉30分 ...
    放入有豐富 β-胡蘿蔔素的... 紅蘿蔔 再燉30分 ...
    最後放入... 2顆馬鈴薯 一起燉30分 ...
    一顆馬鈴薯營養價值... 相當於三斤蘋果 ...
    當高湯冷卻... 湯會形成凍...營養全鎖在裡頭......

    今天又燉了隻雞...另一隻在冰箱... 明天再來燉...
    喝上一碗... 省吃一整隻雞...
    營養價更高呢~
